The final cost is determined by three main things: the scope of the work (e.g., a simple refresh vs. a full demolition and rebuild), the size of your space, and the materials you select (e.g., custom joinery, imported tile, or premium vinyl finishes).

We believe in 100% transparency. Our official quotation is comprehensive and details all agreed-upon work. The price will only change if you, the client, request a change or an addition to the project's scope. Any changes are always discussed and approved by you in writing first.

Every project is unique, and the timeline depends entirely on the scope of the work. After our design and planning phase, we will provide you with a detailed project schedule. This schedule will include clear milestones and a projected completion date, so you know exactly what to expect.

Site visits in Beirut are free. Elsewhere in our service areas a small assessment fee may apply; we confirm it when you book. At the visit we measure the space, listen to your ideas and discuss materials, so we can prepare an itemised quotation.

Jadded S.A.R.L. is a design-and-build fit-out and contracting company based in Downtown Beirut. We design, price and build residential and commercial interiors across Beirut and Mount Lebanon, with one team accountable from site visit to handover.

For single-room work, usually yes. For a full renovation we recommend moving out, as water and power will be cut at stages. We plan the sequence so the disruption is as short as possible.

We issue a written change order showing the cost and time impact. Work on the change starts only after you approve it.

Yes. Older buildings often need new plumbing, electrical and waterproofing behind the finishes; we check this at the site visit and price it openly.

An interior fit-out turns a bare or stripped space into a finished, usable interior: partitions, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, flooring, joinery and finishes. In Lebanon it is common for new apartments delivered as shell and core, and for older apartments being fully redone.
